Our Booking Process
If I book with you do I need to pay in full up front?
A No, we have set up a system set up so that you can book with us by paying a deposit. You will not need to pay in full until 2 weeks prior to the booking. This makes it easy to book whether your group is big or small. Any last minute additions to the number of people coming to your event can be paid on the day itself.
How much deposit will I need to pay?
A The deposit needed depends on the package / event that you book.
For our party packages the deposit is are $120.
How far in advance should I book?
A We advise that you book your event sooner rather than later so that you can be sure to secure the best venues & availability. Of course we know that this isn’t always possible, so we also take last minute bookings. Give us a call on 0410 767 869 and we will do our very best to help you find the right package for your group.
If I book & my group size changes what would happen?
A Upon booking we only require your estimated group size to secure your package. We actually don’t need your confirmed group size until 2 weeks prior to the booking. This leaves you plenty of time to confirm with your friends; so if your group size changes then that is fine. You can also add to the number of participants on the day of the event itself (no one should be left out!).

Is there a minimum or maximum group size I need to book a party with you?
A The minimum and maximum group size depends on the activities you choose for your party. For our party packages the minimum number of participants is 12.We will always confirm this to you upon booking and discuss all options and alternatives should you group fall below or rise above the required size.
Are there any additional costs on top of my package price to be aware of?
A All costs needed for our packages will be highlighted to you upon booking. Extra costs that may be required are:
Minimum group supplements: If your group falls below the minimum group size of your activity you could be required to pay a supplement.
Can I change or add extras to your packages?
A Of course, our packages are totally flexible. We have never worked on a ‘one size fits all’ basis & find that our clients have better events when they have the freedom to pick and choose exactly what they want for the event. Not all of my group can attend the whole package; can they book just some of the package without having to pay for it all?
A Many of our groups choose to have different packages within their booking. We find that more people are able to share that ‘last night of freedom’ with you if they have flexibility to work around their commitments. We can put together all the package splits you need for your group.
I’m going to a city that I have never been to before, how will I find my way around?
A It can be hard going to a city for the first time and you can sometimes find yourself wandering around feeling lost instead of partying. To make sure you get the maximum amount of party time we have an Adelaide Guide showing you the best restaurants, bars, clubs & other evening venues so you can plan before you go.
